I faced a significant cleanliness issue in my room. Not only was there an infestation of cockroaches, but the entire bathroom was unkempt and the cleanliness standards seemed severely lacking. I noticed that the overall maintenance of the hotel could use substantial improvements to provide guests with a more enjoyable experience.

The hotel and room were reasonably clean. The room of place was brand-new with a seaview. We appreciated the Middle Eastern cuisine in the restaurant.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, but very noisy at night.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a central area, close enough to all restaurants and facilities as well as convenient store, McDonal, taxi stop, money exchange. I had tidy spacious room with a seaview and bathroom, for example. I had fine days staying at this cheap property.

The place was clean, I booked the twin room with sea views, everything was great. Its location was great and unbeatable, next to the sea. Very nice and supper friendly staff who were always there to help.

The central location is fantastic, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The room offered a decent city view, and I appreciated the optional parking. While I found the WiFi to be satisfactory, there were moments of noise from the surroundings at night.

The hotel's location was perfect for our family, with easy access to Walking Street and Central Festival Pattaya for shopping. I loved the spacious room we stayed in, and the kids enjoyed the nearby water park with its fun infinity pools.

The staff were friendly and were great too help me. I loved relaxing on my balcony while soaking in the ocean views. For a peaceful night, consider earplugs as the sounds from the lively streets can be a bit loud.
